Jimy Mugabo is a dynamic leader in sports and social development, using rugby to promote education and employability among Rwandan youth. As Director of Rugby at 1000 Hills Rugby, he focuses on skill development, job readiness, and well-being.

Co-Founder & Vice President - NSENGIMANA JEAN D'AMOUR
JD, is a founder of 1000 Hills Rugby and serves as its general manager and head coach. A Level 2 Rugby XV coach, he promotes young talent and the club’s core values of discipline and sportsmanship.
