With dominant victories in the group stage, a thrilling semifinal comeback, and a hard-fought final, the team showcased heart, skill, and resilience. While they fell just short of the title, their journey was nothing short of remarkable.

The tournament began with a commanding performance, as 1000 Hills Rugby overwhelmed Gitisi TSS B with a flawless 40 - 0 victory. Their aggressive attack and rock-solid defense left no room for their opponents. Harerimana Robert, in his first major tournament, crossed the line twice, announcing himself as a rising star

1000 Hills continued their relentless form in the second match, running in nine tries to dismantle Puma RFC 63 - 7. The team's speed, skill, and precision were on full display, with Harerimana Robert bagging a hat-trick and Captain Isimbi Carlos Jean Pacifique leading from the front.

The semifinal was a test of mental strength and resilience. Gitisi TSS A struck early with two unanswered tries, putting 1000 Hills on the back foot. But champions rise under pressure. A spirited second-half comeback saw 1000 Hills Rugby rally with three crucial tries, turning the game on its head. Gitisi TSS A scored late to bring the match within two points, but 1000 Hills Rugby held firm in the final moments to book their place in the final.

The final began with Lion de Fer RFC taking full control, racing to a three-try lead (21-0) by halftime. But 1000 Hills never stopped believing. The second half saw them fight back with two well-worked tries, shifting the momentum in their favor. With time running out, they pressed hard for an equalizer, but Lion de Fer's defense stood strong, securing the 21-14 win
