Mar 15 2025 1000 Hills Rugby Quarterly BOD and Executive Committee Meeting (Q3) Board of Directors (BOD): Members who will engage in high-level decision-making, review strategic objectives, and oversee the implementation of policies. Executive Committee (ExCom): Staff and leadership responsible for day-to-day management and execution of the club’s programs and operations. 1HR A regular meeting to ensure the proper functioning of the organization, where the BOD reviews progress against goals, finances, and key initiatives. The ExCom presents updates on operational activities, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction and long-term vision of the organization. Held every three months, with four meetings scheduled annually. Board of Directors (BOD): Strategic oversight and governance of the organization. Executive Committee (ExCom): Responsible for operational decisions, program delivery, and reporting to the BOD.
